The short version
- We store what you type into the waitlist form, and what every web server records.
- No cookies, no tracking pixels, no analytics services. This site loads nothing from other companies.
- Your data stays on our server in Germany. We do not sell it or share it for advertising.
- Ask us at any time to show you or delete your data: info@maskbase.de.
When you visit this site
Our web server writes each request to a log file: your IP address, the date and time, the page you asked for (including campaign tags in the link, such as which ad you clicked), the page you came from, and your browser's name and version. We need this to run the site and keep it secure, which is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are deleted after 14 days.
The form also counts how many visitors reach each step, per ad. These counts are anonymous: no cookies, no IP address, nothing that identifies you.
When you join the waitlist
We store:
- your email address
- your phone number, if you give it
- your answers: how many people work in your business, your monthly Claude spend, and which Claude plans you use
- your note, if you write one
- which ad or link brought you here (campaign tags)
- the date, time and IP address of your sign-up and of your confirmation, and which version of the consent text you saw
We use this to invite you to AI Usage Hub, to email you about it, to call you if you gave a phone number, and to learn what businesses like yours need. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We keep the date, time, IP address and consent version to be able to prove your consent, which is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Before we email you about AI Usage Hub, we send you one email with a link to confirm your address (double opt-in). If you do not confirm within 30 days of that email, we delete your sign-up.
You do not have to give us any data. We need your email address to put you on the waitlist. Your phone number and the note are optional.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe, withdraw your consent or ask us to delete your data, or until we close the waitlist, whichever comes first. Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted as described above.
Who processes data for us
Hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. Our server is in Falkenstein, Germany. Hetzner processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).
Email: to send emails we use an email delivery service, which processes your email address on our behalf under a data processing agreement.
Booking a call
The “Book a call” button opens Cal.com, a scheduling service of Cal.com, Inc. (USA). Nothing is sent to Cal.com until you click. If you book a call, Cal.com processes the details you enter for us, and we use them to hold the call (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Cal.com's privacy policy: cal.com/privacy.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data (Art. 15 GDPR), to have it corrected (Art. 16) or deleted (Art. 17), to restrict its processing (Art. 18), to receive it in a portable format (Art. 20), and to object to processing based on our legitimate interests (Art. 21). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3)): email us, or use the unsubscribe link in any of our emails.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority, for example the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.
We make no automated decisions about you and do no profiling.
